no, commerce may be possible without Internet bit E-commerce is electronic Internet an d only works by way of sending via email and through Internet venues. with out Internet there would be NO electronic commerce.

business-to-business(b2b)-this is business selling their product o other businesses, business to consumer(B2C)- this is when businesses sell to the people and that is what we do most of the time. , consumer-to-consumer(c2C)-these are consumers selling to each other.

to connect networks, its more exclusive and only certain people can access it.. its a branch from the Internet.
