Mouse:commands and positions the cursor. it also allows for the user to select applications and basically everything on the computer.
key Bord: enters text and numeric data into the computer and projects it on the screen.
joy stick: used in gaming, the joystick controls the cursor. It is a gear shift device.
track ball: similar to a mouse, but the mouse part stays stationary while you move a ball in the center.
Touch screen: it responds to touch, your finger works as a pointer, rather than a mouse. used in PDAs and places like library and Airports.

Printer: the printer outputs information on the form of paper. its very nifty.
speakers: speakers let out sound files that are on the PC
Monitor: we SEE things from the PC by the monitor.

-touch pad: these are Usually attached to a Laptop anyway. its more practical for a devise on the go.
touch screen: this will work nicely you can just touch the application that you want on the computer.
graphic tablet: the computer will then be like a notebook which is more practical than a mouse.
