3) we write it as "123.4" but when the computer sees it they see it as a set of 1's and 0's. this Differs from the usual train of thought, even though we think it seems easier for it to be read as 1234 the computer finds it easier at 10001 or something.

4) because computers can only read the number 1,0. so any other number letter etc cannot be read. this binary system allows to the computer to read the information.

5) because PCs and APPLE computers are built differently, therefore cannot read the same soft wear like the Intel Pentium 4 CPU.

6) it can also be limited by the Architecture of the processor, the design can limit this by the location it has on the chip.

7) internal expansion is used within the computer and external expansion is used when you plug things with information into the computer like a USB or memory chip. wit exanation cards users can customize their computers.

8) multiprocessing is putting multiple CPUs in a single chip. and it speeds up computer, therefore enhancing its performance.

9) RAM-Random Access memery and ROM-Ready only memory. ram is used with temepery files and information is added to it, but when the computer turns off it doesn't save. ROM is set and has information on it, but the computer can only read it and cant add onto it.

10)primary storges are like RAM and ROM and the computers memory. 2ndary storage are storage devices like CDs and hard drives.
